There is ample FREE parking within walking distance to Sweetland including off-street parking surrounding the venue, the LaGrange High School Parking lot and Troup County Government Center parking deck. Click here to view our Parking page On-site, there are over 100 VIP parking spaces located at Sweetland Amphitheatre in our West Gate Parking Lot. For those events requiring them (i.e. the Summer/Fall Concert Season), VIP parking passes can be purchased online when you purchase event tickets. For handicapped accessible parking, there are six accessible parking spaces located at the Sweetland Pavilion Main Entrance as well as 20 in the West Gate Parking Lot.

In addition, the Sweetland Amphitheatre Box Office, located at 110 Smith Street, is open three hours prior to the gate time on the night of the performance and remains open until approximately 30 minutes after the headliner begins. In order to expedite the ticket purchasing process on the night of an event, the Box Office will only sell night-of tickets. The Box Office only accepts cash, debit cards, Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. Checks are not accepted.

Yes, every person who attends an event for which tickets are sold must have a valid ticket in order to gain admission.

Sweetland offers Terrace Box tables. They are sold as a whole table and seat six.

No refunds or exchanges will be offered in the event you are unable to attend an event. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, tickets may be refunded at the original point of purchase.

Yes. Sweetland provides an ample selection of food and beverages available for purchase at our concession counter located at the base of the Sweetland Pavilion adjacent to the Great Lawn. There you will find a wonderful selection of snacks, ice-cold water, and bottled sodas. Beer and wine by the glass or bottle will also be available for purchase at any of our satellite beverage carts located throughout the venue.

Smoking is only allowed in the designated smoking area located on the Great Lawn to the west of the Pavilion. Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited in all seating areas including the lawn. Violation of this policy may result in expulsion from the venue.

No. Due to the respective Troup County and the City of LaGrange regulations, alcohol consumption and open flames (i.e. grills) are not permitted in public spaces. However, we encourage you to head inside Sweetland as soon as you arrive. There is plenty of room inside the venue to enjoy available food and beverage. At the end of the event, as you wait to exit the parking lots, we appreciate your patience and understanding. We are working very diligently to get patrons home as quickly and safely as possible. However, sometimes, despite our best efforts, the only thing that can be done is to wait for the traffic congestion to dissipate.

All events at Sweetland are held rain or shine. No refunds or exchanges will be offered in the event of rain. No umbrellas are allowed in the venue.

No, however a limited number of complimentary TV trays will be available at the West Gate entrance for use by our patrons seated in our Reserved or Premium Reserved seats. This allows those patrons seated in the reserved seating section to create a quaint dining experience right at their seats by enjoying the food they purchase inside the venue. We ask patrons to please return their TV trays to the West Gate when they are done. Tables and TV trays are not permitted in the Orchestra Pit or General Admission Lawn. Please remember, only those events labeled “Picnic Approved” will coolers and picnic baskets be permitted (restrictions apply). Coolers, tables and picnic baskets are NOT permitted at any of the Summer/Fall Concert Season events. Be sure to carefully check your event ticket and online event information to determine if there are any restrictions on what you are allowed to bring inside the venue.

Guests may bring in non-professional (point-and-shoot) style cameras with no removable lens. Use of video cameras is strictly prohibited.

Sweetland Amphitheatre staff members are trained in emergency preparedness and evacuation procedures. Emergency Management Technicians (EMTs) will be on hand at all large-scale performances. Automated External Defibrillator (AED) Devices are located at both the Pavilion Box Office and Stage House. In the event of an emergency, please let one of our ushers or security personnel know you are in need of assistance and follow instructions of staff members to ensure your safety and the safety of others.

  • TABLES OF ANY SIZE ARE PROHIBITED on the General Admission Lawn or VIP Orchestra Pit areas.

Blankets and low profile, beach-style chairs are allowed on the lawn. Because of the natural slope of the lawn, tables are NOT permitted.

Concerts typically conclude by 10:30 pm, but never later than 11pm. All guests at the Amphitheatre are required to exit the facility immediately at the conclusion of the event.

In the event that an event is cancelled or rescheduled, information is immediately sent to the local media for distribution and placed on the Sweetland Amphitheatre website, Facebook and Instagram pages. Please be aware that there is no way to contact individual ticket holders other than local media. If an event is cancelled, refunds will be available at the original point of purchase only. Customers that purchased tickets through Freshtix online should be refunded automatically within a week of canceling the event. Customers who purchased tickets through the Box Office must return to the Box Office with their tickets and the original method of payment to receive a refund. If the event is rescheduled, tickets purchased for the original date will be honored on the new event date. In most cases, refunds will also be available at the original point of purchase up until the new event date has passed.

Electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes) may only be used in the designated smoking area located on the Great Lawn to the west of the Pavilion. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all seating areas including the lawn and pine straw area. This includes electronic/vapor cigarettes.

No. There are no ATMs inside the venue, however there are numerous locations within a mile from the venue. Please plan accordingly.

The Box Office opens three hours prior to the gate time on the night of the performance and remains open until approximately 30 minutes after the headliner begins. In order to expedite the ticket purchasing process on the night of an event, the Box Office will only sell night-of tickets.

Re-entry is strictly prohibited. Guests who need to leave and re-enter should contact a Guest Services representative for assistance and exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis as determined by the representative or by the Amphitheatre General Manager or her designee.

Lost and found is located at the Guest Services window at the main entrance gate. Sweetland is not responsible for items lost, misplaced or stolen. Items will remain in lost and found for thirty days; call 706-298-5434 to recover lost items.
